Our President & CEO, Teddy Acosta, got his start in the concrete business in 1999. From day one, he knew he wanted to run his own company. He spent years learning every facet of the trade, working his way up with determination and grit. That work ethic—and a love for a good challenge—eventually led him to launch Costa Concrete Construction in 2017. Since then, we’ve grown steadily, thanks to a strong reputation for reliability, precision, and doing things the right way.
